Things to bear in mind
There are a few things to be aware of when making a rental application. You will need the Holding Deposit fee (with effect from 1st June 2019) for referencing checks, copies of employer references and previous landlords (if applicable), bank account details, and documents (including photographic) providing your I.D. and full address with postcode for the last 3 years.
