That’s why we have introduced our Refer-a-Friend scheme – and it really couldn’t be any easier to bag yourself some cash!
How it works
Simply refer any friend, family, colleague or neighbour and once they complete their sale through us, you’ll receive £100 cash, straight into your bank account as a little thank you for your recommendation.
There is NO LIMIT on the number of referrals you can make, just make sure that they tell us your name, so we know who to reward!
Terms and Conditions
- The £100 cash bonus will only be released to the Referrer, once the Referred has formally instructed us to sell their property, had an offer accepted and proceeded to exchange and complete.
- Exchange and completion must take place within 12 months of the initial referral.
- The Referrer must have also previously exchanged and completed their own property sale through Jan Forster (or be currently exchanged – with a completion date set with Jan Forster)
- There are NO limits to the number of referrals you can make so start spreading the word and earning rewards today!
